BOOKING TERMS

DEPOSIT

A 50% Deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit help us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can allocate the necessary time and resources to each client.

We would like to clearly state that asking for a deposit is not anything personal it is something that we are doing across the whole salon to look after our business. 

LATENESS

Our stylists run very busy diaries so you must try and arrive on time, all of our services have set times and arriving late will limit the effectiveness and enjoyment of your experience.
We will complete as much of the service as possible in the time left but you will be charged for the full booked service.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION 

You will receive an email to confirm your booking, and an appointment reminder
email 72 hours before your booking. 

PRICES

All our prices are a guide price, we understand that sometimes you may wish to have
a longer or different service which may incur an increase in prices. Your stylist will be transparent during your consultation and will give you the price before they start.
